Anty Fung
WSET, Capstone California
A DipWSET, Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine, Anty founded mato, an innovative wine, coffee and food concept featuring monthly changing All You Can Taste selections. She currently divides her time between mato, Hip Cellar, a professional wine storage and a wine-and-dine concepts Ngau & AnOther Place and teaching WSET courses at MWM Wine School by Debra Meiburg MW. Anty has diversified her global understanding of wine and food and beverage management with professional exposure in Hong Kong, Las Vegas and Maldives.

Eddie Nara
Whisky & Gin Ambassador, Spirits and Cocktail workshops
Eddie, a respected leader in the spirits industry, is the lead tutor for Whisky & Gin Ambassador programs in Hong Kong & Macau. As Asia’s first Certified Spirits Educator by the Society of Wine Educators and a WSET Certified Educator, he has advanced spirits education throughout his career. Known for his deep expertise in Scotch and world whiskies, Eddie also judges international spirits and cocktail competitions. His passion for cocktail curation often sees him guest bartending across the region, inspiring and mentoring aspiring bar professionals along the way.

Derek Li
WSET, Sommelier trainings
With nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry, Derek has developed a deep understanding of global wine trends and expertise in food and beverage. Despite his wide recognition, including being named Best Sommelier in Greater China 2015 by Sopexa Hong Kong, Derek remains committed to learning and sharing the stories behind wines. He holds the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines and Spirits and the Advanced Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS), combining his knowledge to explore the beauty of wine and food pairing with guests.

Justin Chen
WSET, Italian & Spanish Wine Scholar
Justin has a wide range of wine-related qualifications, including DipWSET, WSET Certified Educator, Vinitaly International Academy (VIA) Italian Wine Ambassador & Certified Italian Wine Educator, Wine Scholar Guild (WSG) Italian Wine Scholar (Highest Honors) & Approved Instructor, WSG Spainish Wine Scholar & Approved Instructor, Knight of Truffle and Wine of Alba, and was awarded a Runner-up at the Hong Kong International Top Tasters Competition by The Drinks Business in 2016.

Jack Cheung
WSET, Cheese & Sake workshops
Jack is the Group Beverage Director for the Hong Kong Parkview Group. With over 10 years of wine industry experience, he has worked in different sectors of the wine industry, including: retail, wholesale and F&B. This experience has enabled him to acquire insights into different parts of the trade. Jack has also worked in Macau and Singapore where he assisted in opening new bar projects. Jack holds WSET Diploma Certificate, CS and International Kikisake-Shi qualifications.

Philip Wong
WSET, French Wine Scholar
Philip, an accountant turned wine specialist, uses his analytical skills to uncover each wine’s origin and its connection to culture, climate, soil, and winemaking practices. With a passion for wines worldwide, he holds a DipWSET and received the Wine Australia Prize for the Asia-Pacific region. As an MWM Wine School Educator, Philip organizes workshops focused on Australian, Canadian, and Japanese wines and speaks at local and international wine events. He also runs a wine blog, writes for newspapers and magazines, and serves as a wine and management consultant for restaurants in Hong Kong.
